Grandparent Visit

Ryan's parents took off to Park City so it was a perfect time for my parents to come for a visit.  We lucked out with great weather again and were able to do the beach while Ryan had to work.
It was nice to have extra help with the girls.

Camryn had such a great time playing with Grandpa in a couple holes he dug her.
My mom and I were in desperate need of a pedicure, there is nothing better. Camryn got spoiled and got to experience her first. She was in girl heaven.
Later that day we headed to Coronado. Snapped these pics of my baby while waiting for the Surrey.
I had been wanting to rent a surrey ever since we rode bikes down here when Camryn was a baby. Having this big of a group gave us a great excuse.

Going to miss this beautiful city!
Camryn being such a daredevil while waiting for our table at Lil Piggy's BBQ.
After dinner treat, chocolate covered marshmallows and we all shared a Snicker's Carmel Apple. So good.
Then we had Amy's family over for swimming and hot tubbing and S'mores! Such a perfect visit. Can't express how much we will miss my parents. Thankfully we will try and make an effort to see each other almost the same amount.

San Diego Zoo with Grandma Brenda

Trying to squeeze in as much fun as we can with Grandma between her busy schedule and travels and our move. This was such a beautiful day and we all had such a great time. This really is the best zoo.

Owen and Emma

We are going to miss these kids so much! I had the chance to watch them one Saturday afternoon. After playing all morning and watching the horses near the house we went to the beach.
They were in heaven! I was very ambitious to take 4 kids to the beach by myself. But once we got there it was worth it.
Owen is a perfect buffer for these two girls. Without him they would literally pull each others hair out. But when they are being nice it is so fun to watch them. Two of the cutest girls I know.
Taking advantage of our Sea World passes. We will probably go at least 2 more times before we go.
They were so cute together. Did all these poses on their own. We can't even imagine not hanging out with them the way we do!

Del Mar

Our stuff is on a truck to Georgia and we are staying in San Diego for the next 3 weeks. We are so looking forward to this time. A mini vacation of seeing friends and family, eating at all our favorite places and just enjoying this beautiful location!
Another benefit to staying at Ryan's parents is we all have our own rooms. Which means this little one was finally able to cry it out and sleep through the night and have longer naps during the day. Since my schedule slowed down I have been able to feed her 3 times a day and that is what made the difference I think. She is eating everything getting her 2 bottom teeth in.

Finally sitting up without help too. I adore this stage.
Greg and Lindsey also came out over the first weekend we were here. We thought it was only fair that we make dinner and dessert as our payment of staying here. It was such a perfect weekend.
We made the yummiest chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and chocolate ganache to celebrate Gregger's birthday.
I have always wanted to go to the Del Mar Library and was so grateful to have a cooler day to give us an excuse to go. This is the cutest library I've been to to date.

Grandma Brenda got to join us for our family night on Monday. Camryn looks forward to family night every week.

Reagan had been shaking her head side to side for a couple days and then while we were eating dinner together Brenda was able to get her to do it on cue. She still goes back and forth on being able to do it on cue but every time she does it we crack up.

Lasts

Playdate with Camryn's BF Presley and of course Reagan had to be included with the girls
Camryn has always wanted to come with me to one of my Activity Days activities, my last one we were decorating cookies and making cards. She was in heaven and better behaved than most of the 10-11 years.
Went bowling with the Tanner's. Camryn loved her special shoes so much and even happier that they matched her outfit!
My twin-Brittany, Ryan gets us confused at church all the time.

With one of Ryan's last haircuts with his friend Summer, we had Camryn come for her first. Sad little one had a swollen eye, but that didn't stop her excitement with this special treatment. She could have sat in that seat all night especially for her blow out. Gotta love our phones for pictures. Just sad we never carry our other camera around anymore.

Girls Night-Goodbye

Leaving such good friends is so hard! I absolutely love these girls. I had to have one last who-rah with them. We went to one of my favorite's El Ranchito in San Clemente for dinner and I didn't want the party to end there, so those who could went to a movie. It is so rare that we get to see movies in the theater so when we can it is a real treat. These girls will be one of the hardest parts of moving. I will miss them all so much, it is so rare to have so many good friends near by. And I have never seen so many good looking women in one spot. I made sure I got a picture with everyone, but for some reason can't find my picture with Moranda!

Baby Beach

Too bad we just barely discovered how great this beach is right when we are moving. Dana Point Harbor is perfect for kids, no waves and lots of sand and perfect for me, free parking, a no kids whining about scary waves. We had to go at least one more time before heading to the San Diego beaches for a few weeks. We were all in heaven and Reagan was so excited to discover the sand which went right in her mouth. Can't wait for more beach days like this before heading to the South.
