35 Weeks

-Dilated to a 2 and 70% effaced-
Did not expect that going in my appointment today. This pregnancy has been so different then my last. I didn't dilate on my own at all and even after my water broke. I would love to go early since my back has literally been killing me since I was about 4 months along. However, I do not feel ready for this little thing! I mean we have most everything we need but to have another baby...that part I am not so sure about. We are so excited to meet this little girl (including Camryn) and can't wait to see what has been growing inside me for what feels like forever.

Family Time in Granite Bay

From Utah, Camryn and I flew to Sacramento to be with my side of the family for our nephew Ryan's baptism and cousin/grandparent time.
The after baptism shot. Half of them are Carrie's (My SIL) family and friends. It was so fun to be able to be there for Ryan and his choice to be baptized and not too mention Camryn's obsession with him.
The cousins and my cousin's kids on the far right. So many boys!
One day we were able to go to Dylan's favorite the Jelly Belly Factory-he even has a song about it. And I think it is now Camryn's. She loved this Jelly Belly Cupcake. Two of her favorite things.
The Watson boys-love this guys so much! They are so good with Camryn (even played Barbie's with she and Emma) and just all around great boys. I have no words to describe how sad we are to see them and their parents move so far away!
Captured the 1 second she kept her hat on. Just because she knew she had to wear it she wouldn't. So stubborn that one.
Amy & Nikki with our nephews Kyle & Cade-such cute boys with dynamic personalities-at Sunsplash. We got quite the hook up! The owner is in our ward there and got the whole fam in for free! We all had so much fun. Wish I could have gotten more pictures of the kids going down slides and in the lazy river. Camryn loved that thing. We floated around it at least 10x.
2008 cousins-Camryn, Kyle & Emma-love that they have cousins close in age
Mom & Nik
One of our last nights we all went over to the golf course (my dad's second home-sometimes first) to hit balls and take the girls for a nature walk. We only found 1 bug. But I was able to find them a frog later that night.
Playing nice together-which was hard to come by near the end of 10 days together
The boys after hitting balls-how cute does Owen look with his little bag?
Siss-Os
My mom & Dad with the kids. It was so fun spending so much time together-we wish my bro & SIL and kids could have been around more especially for Camryn to get her fill of Ryan & Sean. And that my brother Chris' fam could have come-but there is always next year. I love that we have this summer tradition. We definitely get spoiled with so much play time & great food! Thanks Mom & Dad for everything you do for us!

4th of July in Park City

This year in Park City did not disappoint. The winter is great in the snow and all, but there is nothing that compares to a summer in Utah. Especially when it comes to the 4th of July. It just feels like summer there with its warm summer nights and all the patriotic festivities. As Ryan puts it, Utah should own the rights to this holiday. We got to share it with Ryan's parents, his brother Jake and girlfriend Emily and lots of friends-just how holidays should be.
Swimming with Dad
Throwing rocks in the pond at our favorite-Willow Creek Park
Out to dinner with Mia, Nate and Lezlie at Windy Ridge Cafe, which was really good and so nice to eat outside.
Camryn's love/hate activity of driving around to see horses and cows. This is now one of my favorite things too. We stop and look at all the amazing houses and get out to see the horses that she thinks she wants to see until we get close.
I mean how beautiful is that?!
We also got to spend sometime with Ryan's Aunt Shauna & Uncle Neil for a family get together & birthday party for Ryan's cousin. Camryn loved getting to play with Kennedy. She is the cutest and sweetest girl ever. Camryn still talks about her.
Finally getting use out of she and cousin Cassidy's Christmas present. She was way too scared when she got it but now she can drive it around all on her own and is actually really good at it. Makes me nervous for when she is 16!
Cute Jake and Emily-watching fireworks at the park from The Canyons Resort
Park City Parade-still fun but has nothing on the Oakley parade-no candy, I mean come on.
Camryn was in love with her after-parade slurpee!
That night Ryan's parents got us tickets to the Oakley Rodeo. We had so much fun, but Camryn was over the top! She could not sit still and was in heaven watching all the cows and horses. She did get a little concerned with the calf roping but I quick told her that the cows just wanted hugs and that they were getting bows tied around their feet. She would shout, "Give me that hug you cow!!!" Quickly turned a horrible thing into a fun game! A grape sno cone and a fireworks show after-doesn't get much better than that!
Love this picture, and right after the pic was taken Lezlie lost her balance and fell right on me pushing me and Camryn over-slowest most controlled fall I have ever seen or felt. Pure talent on everyone's behalf to save the child and the pregnant mom! The next day Ryan had to head home but I was able to stay a couple extra days before heading to Granite Bay and it was so fun. Camryn and I were truly spoiled and will make it hard for us to want stay home next year. Thanks David & Brenda!
