Grandma Date

With our move on the horizon Grandma Brenda is soaking up every chance of being with our two girls. She came up to watch Camryn in her dance class.
This is one of my favorite pictures of these too. No fake smiles here. Camryn loved showing off her grandma to her teacher and friends.
Then it was off to Disneyland! Grandma wanted to see first hand Camryn's love for the princesses and ride some rides too.
But this was the highlight of the day. Usually you meet one princess at a time, but Camryn got special treatment-it was so awesome. Ariel had Belle come over with her. Then Belle walked back to her spot while holding Camryn's hand-she was in heaven.
You never get to meet Mulan, but with the Chinese New Year coming up they had her out and about. Camryn was so excited. With this, she has met all of the princesses and got their autographs.
And Chip and Dale. She usually hates characters that have their faces covered, but for some reason these ones were ok.
A perfect day for the both of them and it was so nice having the extra help. We can't even talk about how hard it is going to be to leave these guys!

5 Months Old

There is nothing more that I love than a freshly bathed baby. While Camryn was still in the tub I took a minute to snap a few pictures of this sweet baby. Five months is so cute and she keeps getting more fun everyday. I love these pictures with the light behind her because you can see that she is going to be a little blondie and yes, she still has blue eyes. These pictures make me want to squeeze her!

Camryn

We all know this little one does not lack in the personality department...here is some documentation.
Trying new Riddles Skittles with Dad. They share the same love of candy.
She is finally coming around to loving her big sister role and "keeps her company."
Making pizza for family night-the one thing she will eat so I thought I'd try to make it a little healthier.
Her best buddy and next door neighbor Presley with their "Shirley Temple" curlers in-too bad they only last 5 min and then the curl doesn't last.

These days the only way we can get a nap in is in the car. This time we sat in the driveway until she woke up. I will do whatever it takes to get her to nap. She still NEEDS one but is too stubborn to close her eyes.
I have started teaching Camryn a letter a week-she loves the letter tracing practice and has gotten pretty good!
And right now as I type this is what she is doing! She fell asleep during a movie! And good thing too since our keys are locked in the car and we can't go anywhere. Let's just say this is the most challenging time we have had with Camryn but she is still one of the most fun girls to be around!

All Reagan

This little baby is so sweet and getting to be so fun! She sure is wrapped around my finger!
 And her dad's too
We are just now trying the no swaddle and this is what I found when I checked in on her...so sweet.
Today Camryn fell asleep in the car right before we got to Target, so Reagan and had a little playtime in the front seat.
And she soon found my drink :) She lights up just like me when she sees my big blue cup. Not staged and don't worry she didn't get anything!
And tonight we tried a little rice cereal. The end result. She did much better than Camryn-let's hope it continues to be that way. And below is a few videos of her laughing-too bad it got cut off when she really started going, eating her cereal tonight and just her talking-which is more of a high pitched squeal.
We sure love this little Reagie face and our so happy she makes our family of 4 what it is today!
**sorry about the quality-all from our phones**

Disneyland with My Girls

When I go by myself I let Camryn lead the way. So we had a day full of meeting princesses and fairies. We did manage a few rides but even still it is so fun seeing all of this through her eyes.
She finally got to meet Jasmine-she has never been with all the other princesses before.
And the line for Rapunzel was only 15 minutes-her lucky day. Camryn thought it was so fun meeting a prince.
We even caught Ariel walking around
Tinkerbell's friend Fawn

And yes this little was in tow for it all and was a dream. She is such a sweetheart. We spent 5 hours there and wore smiles on our faces the whole time. I am sad that we only have 1 more month left until our passes expire-so we will be going once a week until then!

Family Pictures

I thought I would share the rest of our family pictures. I am so happy with how they turned out considering the cold and wind. Thanks again Alia! She really is the best-check out her other work!

A New Years Beach Weekend

Makes perfect sense to have an 80 degree weekend the first week in January, right? Well we love it. This is why we pay extra to live in Southern CA. Friday and Saturday we spent in San Diego and stayed at Ryan's parents while they were in Utah. We got to eat out with some of our best friends and just enjoy being outside all day.
We love being able to actually sit in a backyard-or in the case the front yard to get sun.
Sunday we had early church-so happy about this change, so we headed to our closest beach Aliso. We did the tide pools and watch the crazy skim boarders.
I am in love with this picture
Then Monday we decided we needed to do the beach again but in our swimsuits instead. We did the Dana Point Harbor beach "baby beach" with more great friends. I will now will only go to this beach with my kids. No waves makes Camryn so happy and therefore us happy. And this was the first time using the tent/pod for Reagan. It has been passed down through the family and I am so happy to have it! Reagan love her little house. Then after hit up our community hot tub so Reagan could actually get in a swimsuit. She loved it to say the least. So glad we were able to take advantage of such a beautiful weekend. Who knows how many we will have left before we hit the dirty South!

Christmas in Granite Bay

We went to Granite Bay this year for Christmas to spend with my side of the family. We debated whether to spend our own Christmas together and come up later, but I am so glad we spent Christmas all together. It was great to spend time with my brother Chris' family, especially since they are moving to DC at the end of the month. Sadly we missed my sisters Amy and Nikki's families. This is a major picture overload but I have to put them all on to document such a great trip.
Polar Express-freezing train ride in Folsom-yes Ryan is on the phone with work, so important.
Camryn loving her cousin Hudson-these two were so cute together
As kids we would always go see the lights at Dovewood Ct. Now their is a huge crowd. But we still braved the cold to see all the cool houses. All the cousins(in town that is).
 With my beautiful momma
Love this picture of Daddy and Camryn
My brother Scott and his youngest Cade.
I got to stay in the car with my dad and Reagan, she loved the lights
Making ornaments with Grandma and cousins
Putting out the luminaries-love this tradition
 Making treats with Grandma
Ryan loved holding Reagan any chance he got, made him feel so old. Can't believe he is one of the oldest now.
All the cousins and second cousins with my dad's mom-Granny
 Reenactment of The Nativity
 Baby Jesus
Camryn wouldn't be Mary so I had to step in-still wish Camryn were in these pictures
Walking around on Christmas Eve to see the Lumanaries

Ellie the Elf brought the girls jamies to say goodbye

 After Santa came-so magical
 Grandpa and Reagan
Her Princess Suitcase she asked Santa for
Her "Clara" nightgown that my mom made for her-she is beyond obsessed. She at first would only wear it as a costume and play Clara in the Nutcracker. Now she loves to wear it to bed.
 Christmas Baby
 Our Christmas Feast
Date with my hubs-Mission Impossible 3-Never been more nervous in a movie in my life and not because we left our kids at home with Grandma.
Moms doing daughter's hair
I always loved when my mom did my hair and I still do. So wish I could do this on myself.
Thanks Mom and Dad for such a great and memorable Christmas. We had such a good time with our family. Makes me so sad to know that we won't have family in close distance much longer.
