It is finally heating up and we are loving it! We went to the pool 3 times this past week and plan to keep going back for more. Camryn has really started loving kicking around and splashing in the water. She has really started growing up. It is so crazy to think that she is 8 1/2 months old! She will be 1 before we know it!
She now has her two bottom teeth!
Loves feeding herself! I had a complete nervous break down the other day when she would no longer eat from a spoon, she only wanted to do it herself and made a complete and total mess of herself, her highchair and her new outfit! Once I got over the mess I saw that she just loves to do it and is so proud of herself. I have realized I am beginning to see the signs of her independence. Here she is eating cherries her summer favorite introduced by Uncle Chris and Aunt Lindsay in PC last week. She is now in 6-12 month clothes! Which means it is time to get rid of her 3-6 month clothes she has been wearing. In doing this she got a massive amount of new adorable clothes from Grandma Brenda. Who knew this next size up brought on so many more possibilities.I wish I could wear shorts like these! She just loves holding on to anything these days.Check out this jean bum!!! Also notice the pillow in the background. It was my latest project. I think they turned out great!
Sometimes she thinks she is big and will try and balance with no hands so far she has done it for about 5 seconds. We definitely think she will be walking before she figures out crawling. All outfits made possible by Grandma Brenda! Thanks so much! We are glad no job has opened up yet so she can spend her free time spoiling our baby! (This wasn't even close to half of the stuff she brought up)

Love the cherry girl! I didn't know that Chris and Lindsay got to see you guys again - no fair! I'm sorry about the eating trauma. It is so hard to make that transition to letting them feed themselves. Such a mess!
But she is a cutey bug - so, so sweet!
Oh my gosh I love her outfits! Aren't grandma's the best? And yeah she is totally going to skip crawling I bet and go straight to walking! That is so crazy! That is great that she feeds herself. Brielle will not even try to put anything in her mouth. She will pick food up but just play with it, she will grab the spoon but just throw food everywhere! She might be a slow learner when it comes to that I guess... oh well
what cute little summer outfits! she has a great little tan going on too! I can't believe she is already 8.5 months old! time really does fly!
Super cutie bug! I am glad you two have figured out the eating scenario. It's a bummer when it gets to the stage of stripping them down to a diaper for eating! (I was thinking about this the other day...and between that stage of messy eating and potty training and leaving their pants/shorts off - my children have spent a lot of time partially clothed!) I've had to do that to, but after a while, me and the baby found some sort of happy medium routine, usually. Sean discovered his love for cherries this year and was 4 years old and a complete mess!
Her new clothes are just adorable! How crazy that she seems like she's gonna walk! As soon as my first two started pulling up to stuff, they figured out walking quick! I bet she's close!
I think I should clear this up. She is not quite pulling herself up yet, still only if you hold her hands. So I don't think she is that close just maybe closer to walking than crawling because she actually likes it.
I am dying over how cute she looks in all her outfits! I want a Grandma Brenda!
I'm glad you got over the messy food/eating drama. There will be lots and lots of messy days before all your kids are out of a high chair. I love how old the short pants make her look. She's such a big girl! You'll have to take a closer picture of the pillows because I can't see them very well but it looks good. See Ryan-I knew she would finish!
Camryn is SOOO cute. i hope my girl is cute like her!! um...i HOPE they are legal! i didn't even think twice about that...but i mean we rented them so i would assume so right? oops! yes you MUST go visit...you would love it!
We miss that darling little one! She is so big and can do such big girl stuff! Lucky girl getting so many clothes (not to be worn whilst eating :) At least she'll eat unlike my children!! Give her some smooches from us.
PS How much did you love SYTYCD tonight?!! Wish us sisters (and mom) could all watch it together.
She couldn't even sit up by herself when we saw her and now look! We just love that little face. We always will.
