Your wish is my command...

My belly at 33 weeks (8 months) on my 25th Birthday!

And here it is...the Nursery!!! We are finally almost done with the help of many! Just need to buy the rocking chair and it is complete. Here are the before and after pictures.

Ugly white drab walls...
Wayne's Coating with the help of our friend "Dan the Handy Man"

Painted walls with the help of my mom. She also helped me paint the changing table and sew the cord cover for the chandelier. My mother-in-law Brenda and I painting the mural...she did most of it.

The finished product!

It turned out so well! We are so grateful for all those who helped out with our Nursery...we absolutely love it!

As for the rest of the weekend...

We saw my brother Chris, sister-in-law Lindsay and their cute cute baby Hudson! He is so cute you want to squeeze him! I couldn't believe at 4 months he has him doing this and this wasn't as high as he had him. They are such cute parents!

Drive up the coast in my Father-in-Law's sweet car

Long wait but delicious breakfast that will keep you full all day!

Kayaking in La Jolla Cove...checkout that belly! What a fun Birthday/Labor Day weekend! Hope I covered all that needed to be covered...if not...let me know!

I love the nursery:) The mural is awesome! I love the birdie themes that are out for little girls!

Only complaint...I don't know why your blog never lets me make the pictures bigger - so I can't see detail in the coveted crib bedding:) Any closeups available?

I'm also dying for pictures of baby hudson, any more of him?

The kayaking adventure looks so fun!!!!!

Love the nursery! It turned out so cute and I love how so many people that you love had a part in it. Your belly is cute - thanks for obeying! It looks really small in that picture. How are your ankles? I didn't know you saw Chris, Lindsay and Hudson?!! Did they come to SD? Hudson is so big.

If anyone knows how you can make it so your pictures can be enlarged let me know. I don't know how to do it any different.

oh. ps...your belly is super cute. I love pointy bellies...mine is never pointy.

(hope you don't mind being called pointy - it's a lot better than squishy:)

It turned out so awesome! What a great finished project and you had a good vision of how it would all come together-good job! The belly is still cute-give it another month. You're so lucky to feel well enough to do these activities so far into the pregnancy. Love you both!

I LOVE the nursery mural. I'm debating on what color to paint Ethan's room in the new house so that it's neutral enough if we have a girl next. I think we'll just go blue for now, and change it if we have a girl. The belly is so cute! I don't know if I'd be daring enough to sport a swim suit while being that pregnant, but you look adorable!

erica!! the mural on the wall of the baby nursery is AMAZING, i love love LOVE IT!!! wow what an artist you have as a mother in law. anyway....you're belly is getting so big....aww you're little one is almost here, how exciting!!!! hope all is well with you. still cant believe we are an hour away and haven't seen each other. sheesh!!!!!

Saw your comment, and yes we really like Ethan's car seat. Once the baby weighs over 12 lbs, you realize your carrying about 25 lbs. on one arm and it gets a little tiring. But, it's durable, cute and totally neutral enough for either a boy or a girl. I would definitely recommend it!

Super cute belly, I have to say however that you look so uncomfortable in the kayak. There's no way I could sit like that and then row! You're awesome. I love the nursery too! You all did a great job and I love the color scheme. Where did you end up getting the bedding? Glad you had such a fun and eventful
25th b-day.

I enjoy seeing pictures of the completed nursery, but I want to see the baby IN the nursery and then it will be complete for me.

Wow! I thought I'd check in while I had a minute and I LOVE that nursery! and if I looked like that when I was pregnant, maybe I would've kept going (okay, probably not, but I can't believe how cute you look). You guys have quite the life and I love that you've had so much fun so far and I'm excited for all of the fun when the baby gets here. Can't wait to see her (or pictures of her) and can't believe it's already so close. Time is really flying....loved having you guys visit a while ago. Please drop by whenever you're in town. Hope to see you soon!
